private loft apartment

As part of the construction of the Zemmer winery, the adjacent residential building was also renovated. The building comprises of two small and one larger apartment spread across three floors. In the design of the rooms, emphasis was placed on an open and at the same time clearly structured floor plan. It was important to preserve the old structure and integrate the new premises into it. The furnishings were chosen in line with this concept and artfully recede into the background. The colors were deliberately kept subdued, leaving room for personal items and life in the apartment. A combination of oak wood in the kitchen and black elements creates tension. The seamless and polished floor lends authenticity and structure to the space. The white shades were adapted to the floor and are evenly present throughout.
