The idea was to put the lamps and their light in the foreground and to let each of them stand alone. The result was a black, open space with individual fabric cubes that seem to float. The cubes are deliberately kept open in certain places and closed in others in order to direct the focus on only one lamp at a time. Nevertheless, the light from the other lamps is perceived through the fabric, even if they are not visible.

The result is a playful, black, yet light object that hangs from the ceiling and directs the viewer’s focus to the exhibition pieces.
