architects Thomas Abraham & Ivan Bonora

The structure of this private apartment is characterized by a multi-level floor plan that allows for various perspectives. The architectural uniqueness is also reflected in the interior design and is implemented consistently. Closed elements are used selectively, with the majority of the apartment being kept open. Few walls separate the rooms, mainly relying on furniture or even just curtains. The client emphasized a minimalist interior design without playful elements or colors. The apartment's color scheme is limited to white and black. A feature is an element made of black-stained oak that runs throughout the apartment, serving as staircase railing, sliding door, partition wall, and living room furniture simultaneously. It forms the core of the apartment, around which other furnishings are arranged, all in white.
