The Menihof is located above Jenesien and was planned and renovated by the architects Trojer Vonmetz.
The farm is a wooden building and functions completely self-sufficiently.
In addition to three holiday flats, the family runs a small farm tavern, which was to receive a fresh, not too traditional, interior design.
A counter in the interior with an adjacent sales shelf was combined with colorful seating furniture on the terrace.
Larch wood was chosen as the material for the interior to reflect the local types of wood. The open drawers serve as a sales shelf and offer space for storage of additional products in the back. The counter was covered with relief-like, hand-painted tiles, bringing a fresh look to the otherwise wood-reduced interior.
A large wooden table in the centre of the room, an old farm tradition, brings guests together and encourages socializing.
